You can use your Actifry without the paddle, just using a tin to cover the hole.

Chicken nuggets

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • Chicken nuggets.
  • Barbacue sauce.
Preparation:

Put the chicken nuggets in your Actifry pan.
Then, programme 12 minutes your machine.
After 12 minutes, you hace your chicken nuggets ready.
Just add some barbacue sauce to dip and enjoy your meal.

Spanish omelet

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes.
  • Half an onion.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Salt.
  • Olive oil.
Preparation:

Peel the onions, cut them off and wash them.
Add some salt.
Put the potatoes in the Actifry, pour one spoonfool of olive oil and program 20 minutes your Actifry.


Peel the onion and cut it in small pieces. If you prefer not to add onions, don't do it.
15 minutes before the end of the program, add the onion and let all the ingredients to be cooked.
Use one bowl to beat the eggs.
After the potatoes are cooked, take them off the Actifry and put them in the bowl with the eggs. Mix them all.
Using one frying pan, pour one teaspoon of olive oil and let it get hot.
Pour the mix you got before on your frying pan and let it curdle.


Using a dish, turn the omelet and wait until it curdles.
Now you have your own Spanish omelet!

French frites

Actifry frech fries' are the best recipe so why don't we try them to open this blog?


Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 3 big potatoes.
  • Salt.
  • Olive oil.
Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them in small squares.
Wash the peeled potatoes and dry them. It is not neccesary to get them totally dried.
Add salt to the potatoes.
Put them in the Actifry and pour one spoon of olive oil.
Program your Actifry 25 minutes and let them be cooked.

After that time, serve the potatoes and enjoy one delicious portion of french fries!

Welcome to Cook with your Actifry.

The idea of creating this blog started when I bought the machine. At first, you read the recipe book and after some french frites recipes with different sauces a question comes to you "What can I cook now?"

This blog is dedicated to those apprentices that are still looking for the answer to the question one day come to me. Shall we start cooking?
