Spanish omelet

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes.
  • Half an onion.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Salt.
  • Olive oil.
Preparation:

Peel the onions, cut them off and wash them.
Add some salt.
Put the potatoes in the Actifry, pour one spoonfool of olive oil and program 20 minutes your Actifry.


Peel the onion and cut it in small pieces. If you prefer not to add onions, don't do it.
15 minutes before the end of the program, add the onion and let all the ingredients to be cooked.
Use one bowl to beat the eggs.
After the potatoes are cooked, take them off the Actifry and put them in the bowl with the eggs. Mix them all.
Using one frying pan, pour one teaspoon of olive oil and let it get hot.
Pour the mix you got before on your frying pan and let it curdle.


Using a dish, turn the omelet and wait until it curdles.
Now you have your own Spanish omelet!
